Training
Manager Success Strategies was originally set up for the
Training Managers whose organisation had used the training
and consultancy services of our company Management Training
& Development Ltd (http://www.m-t-d.co.uk).
The
resource was set up from having worked with over 60+ Training
Managers over the years and having listened to their concerns
and the issues that they face at work. So we thought it
would be a nice touch to develop a site that could help
them out when they needed it - hence Training Manager Success
Strategies was born!
The
feedback that we received was overwhelming and a lot of
the Training Managers wanted to let their fellow TM buddies
in on the site and refer them to us so in late 2003 we opened
the doors to allow any Training Manager to use the site
whether they used us for training and consultancy or not.
Please
