Sean also writes HR courses for Home Learning Direct and coaches many top celebrities.

Sean founded Management Training &

Development Ltd several years ago (http://www.m-t-d.co.uk) and it was always Sean's ambition to provide this type of website for all of our clients which we have now opened up for any training manager to use!

Today, Sean leads a team of 15 trainers and consultants who provide training and consultancy

solutions worldwide.
